We would love to welcome you to the class in person. You don't need to know anything or be in good shape to do this. If you think you are not in good enough shape or have an injury, please read this.

Vincent Kasaba is the only HQ certified Systema instructor/school in West Michigan. Systema Grand Rapids is offered exclusively at Cascade Village Karate. Private classes are available upon request.
Class Times:
Wednesday 6:00-7:30pm
Saturday 10:00-11:30am
No contracts, no special uniforms needed, just wear comfortable clothing and join in. No experience needed and all fitness levels are accepted.
Stop by and observe a class or try one with a $20 mat fee. One Class per week is $60 per month, two classes is $90.

Everyone has a blast, lots of laughs and fun along with solid teachings. You'll learn awareness, escapes, multiple-opponents, striking, ground work, falling, weapons and how to get healthier throughout the learning process.
